Located in a safe, quiet area with an onsite restaurant and large parking area. Although we get occasional hotel guests, most are long term tenants - a lot of them elderly, having been there for over 10 years. There is a family, living on site, who ensures a quiet, safe environment not only for their kids and grandkids, but all tenants on the property.

All rooms are furnished with either 2 double beds or 1 king bed, fridge, and microwave with a few having their own sofa. All utilities (dedicated AC unit) and wifi included. $1100/month, $325/Week or $80 a day. Monthly and weekly stay requires a $200 deposit.

Please note that all prices are subject to change based on seasonal demand and availability. We strive to provide the best value for our guests and will update rates accordingly. It will be up to the property manager to provide discounts based past history or other circumstances.

One set of linens provided at check in, fees apply for personal laundry and maid services. Paying with a credit card will add a transaction fee. Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Venmo are also valid payment options. Property can accommodate trailers and larger vehicles. for a small fee.

Pets are welcome for a $25/week or $50/month fee. Driver’s license is required. We promote a quite/safe environment for our guests, and property rules will be enforced. Tours available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, and we encourage you to pre-schedule by filling out the form below or texting us at 928.224.8338.
